Private Yoga

Take time to reconnect with yourself through a personalised yoga practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you join online or in person, in the comfort of your home, each session combines mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to help you find balance, strength, and calm.

These one-to-one sessions offer you space to focus on exactly what you need, with personalised guidance to support your growth. Whether you’re new to yoga and want to learn the foundations, or returning after a break and looking to rebuild confidence in your practice, each session is tailored to you. 

You will need your own yoga mat, or set up a comfortable space to practise. It’s helpful to have a blanket, yoga belt, and block nearby if you can. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely, and try to avoid eating a large meal within two hours of your session.

Before our first class, I’ll send you a short health questionnaire so I can be aware of any injuries or health concerns and tailor the session to your needs.

Sessions are paid for in advance and may be cancelled/rebooked with 24 hours notice. With 12 hours cancellation notice you will be refunded for half the session and for no shows there will be no refund.
